All fine art prints and wall art from Shemaya Home Decor are backed by our 12 Month Print Quality Warranty, running from the date of delivery. This warranty applies to orders shipped within Australia and covers manufacturing faults in the print or frame — such as printing defects or premature fading — where the product has been cared for and displayed as intended. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Making a claim
If any fault is found within the warranty period, please contact us immediately. You will need to provide your order number and photos of the artwork in its current condition, and we will assess all warranty claims on a case-by-case basis.
