These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Shemaya Home Decor website and any purchases made through it. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.

Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur — if we discover a pricing error on your order, we'll contact you before proceeding.

Made-to-Order & Custom Products

Most of our canvas prints, including all Custom Canvas Prints, are made to order specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, made-to-order and custom items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or refunds, except as required under the Australian Consumer Law (see below).

Your Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or significantly different from its description, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as required by law — regardless of whether the item was made to order.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue via our Contact Us page, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Shipping

Shipping timeframes and methods are outlined on our Shipping Policy page. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, though we aim to meet them consistently.

Order Cancellations

Because most items are made to order, we can only accept cancellations within 24 hours of your order being placed, before production begins. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this website are owned by Shemaya Home Decor or licensed for our use, and may not be reproduced without permission. For Custom Canvas Prints, you retain ownership of any photo you upload, and by submitting it you confirm you have the right to use and reproduce that image.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Shemaya Home Decor's liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the value of that order. This does not affect your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
