Ordering & Sizing

How do I choose the right size for my wall?
As a rough guide, art should take up roughly 60–75% of the width of the furniture it's hanging above (like a sofa or bed). Measure your wall space before ordering, and check the size chart (in cm and inches) on each product page.

Can I mix and match sizes within a multi-panel set?
Our multi-panel sets are designed as matched pairs/trios at fixed proportions, so sizes aren't currently customisable within a set. If you're after something different, our Custom Canvas Print option lets you choose your own size.

Custom Canvas Prints

How does the custom photo canvas process work?
Choose your framing type and size, add to cart, then upload your photo during checkout (or email it to us afterward if you have any trouble). We recommend a photo file over 500KB — avoid images saved from Facebook or Messenger, as these are usually compressed too small to print clearly.

What if my photo isn't high enough quality?
If we notice an issue with your uploaded photo before printing, we'll email you to sort out a better version rather than printing a blurry result.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take?
Made-to-order canvas prints: 3–5 business days production + 3–7 business days delivery. Metal wall art: 1–2 business days dispatch + 3–7 business days delivery. Full details on our Shipping Policy page.

Do you ship outside Australia?
Currently we only ship within Australia. We're looking at expanding this in future.

Returns & Care

What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. See our Terms and Conditions for full details.

How do I clean my canvas or metal wall art?
Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid direct sunlight where possible to help preserve colour vibrancy over time, and avoid damp cloths or cleaning sprays on canvas prints.
