Shipping Policy
Made-to-Order Canvas Prints
Most of our canvas prints (landscapes, abstracts, wildlife, botanicals, travel, and multi-panel sets) are made to order:
- Production time: 3–5 business days before your order ships
- Delivery time: 3–7 business days via tracked courier, depending on your location
- Total estimated time: roughly 6–12 business days from order to delivery
Custom Canvas Prints
Custom canvas prints (using your own photo) follow the same shipping timeframes, but production only begins once we've received your photo file. If you order and haven't sent your photo within 3 business days, we'll follow up by email.
Metal Wall Art
Our metal wall art pieces are in stock and ready to ship (not made to order):
- Dispatch time: 1–2 business days
- Delivery time: 3–7 business days via tracked courier, depending on your location
Delivery Area
We currently ship Australia-wide. All orders are sent via tracked courier, and you'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Packaging
Every piece is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit and arrives ready to hang — no additional framing needed.
Delays
While we aim to meet the timeframes above, production and delivery times can occasionally extend during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, EOFY sales). We'll always let you know if there's a significant delay with your order.
