Shemaya Home Decor currently delivers throughout Australia using tracked courier services.

Made-to-order canvas prints

Most canvas prints, including landscape, abstract, wildlife, botanical, travel and multi-panel designs, are made to order.

• Production: approximately 3–5 business days
• Delivery after dispatch: approximately 3–7 business days
• Total estimated timeframe: approximately 6–12 business days

Custom canvas prints

Custom canvas prints follow the same estimated timeframes. Production begins after we receive a suitable image file. If an image has not been supplied or is unsuitable for printing, we will contact the customer. This may delay production and delivery.

Metal wall art

In-stock metal wall art is normally dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 3–7 business days.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed after dispatch. Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address.

Please contact us promptly if you notice an address error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

Delivery estimates and delays

Delivery and production timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Delays may occur because of peak trading periods, courier disruptions, severe weather, remote destinations or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will notify you if we become aware of a significant production delay.

Damaged or missing deliveries

If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the product and packaging and contact enquiry.shemaya@gmail.com as soon as possible.

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the parcel, check the delivery location and contact us so that we can assist with a courier enquiry.
